The room was a good size and reasonably priced, and the location was excellent, within a short walk to the ferry, ports, and a large factory.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry back to England, making it very handy. I received a complimentary upgrade to a triple room with a view for just an extra £4, which was a nice gesture. - the staff were very polite and provided all the necessary information in a friendly manner.

After a long car journey it was nice to have a hot shower and get into a clean and comfortable bed. There was also a nice selection for breakfast.
The breakfast selection was good but the coffee was cold. The wifi connection did not work and the tv in the room did not work.

Ease of use check in/out and value for money - you can't expect 5 star accommodation for 30 euros but the staff were wonderful.

Good vallue for price paid for the room, staff excellent and very helpful, rooms clean & tidy - very good for overnight stay, didn't find noise levels excessive from industrial units on either side
A bit hard to find off the A26 especially in the dark without TomTom would have lost our way - no restaurant near by for a meal in the evening

The hotel is located perfectly close to a quiet business area and the outskirts of town. Budget-friendly rooms are spacious and offer showers as well as clean communal toilets. - For an extra £4, you can enjoy a view from the room.

Easy to find without going into a town. I liked the fact there was a microwave for use of guests. Good parking. Very comfortable bed.
No restaurant or cafe. It would be very easy to bang your head on the iron frame of the upper bunk ( I nearly did), and I feel this is potentially a Health and Safety issue. Also, a child sleeping on the upper bunk could easily fall out. The ladder access also looks awkward, as the steps are very close to the clothes-hanging area and are very open.Could do with more coat-hangers, please!

had a very relaxed atmosphere, staff obliging and helpful, far more relaxing than most similar (and even more expensive) chains in france
our room did have a damp problem, but nevertheless was warm and comfortable

The hotel was basic but adequate for a 1 night stay.
The location was poor. There were no facilities in or around the hotel for dining or shopping.

Fabulous and exceptionally clean hotel, comfortable location in a quiet business area at night. Good basic and a decent size units with view extra £4. Bonus point for an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a study table. Location close enough to a very big factory that pollutes a lot, the ferry terminal and the town centre...
